Enjoy Life Seed & Fruit Mix: a Nut Free Trail Mix Kids Will Love

Today I’m reviewing another product from Enjoy Life Foods. They’ve got so many tempting items I can’t stay away from them for long. And I found a nut-free trail mix kids love. Even my kiddo’s friends without allergies ask for this one when they visit.¬†

Yes, it’s delicious in either variety. It’s also healthy and comes in snack packs. So read on to learn more about this ready-made allergy-free snack.

Free-From Allergens

Here’s what Enjoy Life Seed and Fruit Mix is free from:

  • Peanuts
  • Tree nuts
  • Dairy
  • Egg
  • Shellfish
  • Gluten
  • Soy
  • Wheat
  • Casein
  • Fish
  • Sesame
  • Mustard
  • Lupin
  • Crustaceans

There are two flavors, Mountain Mambo (this one has chocolate chips) and Beach Bash, which has coconut.

Chocolate Chips

I used to be one of those moms who carried trail mixes around wherever I went. Well actually, I did that before I was a mother too. Trail mix was one of the best things for me to take on the road when I worked in Home Health Care. When our house went nut-free, I got rid of it all.

I’ve already talked about Gerbs Super 5 Seed Mix and that’s a great base to make your own trail mix from. But one of the most missed types of items for any Allergy¬†SuperParent is ready-made foods. And that’s why I keep coming back to Enjoy Life. They’ve got a trail mix I can just grab and go, no prep and no allergens.

The Beach Bash flavor is my favorite because I love apricot and coconut and that’s got both. Kiddo loves Mountain Mambo because of the chocolate chips and cranberries.

How I use this

I buy both the small snack packs and the larger pouches. They go in lunches, as school snacks, in the car, and even in dad’s jacket pocket. Oh yeah. Dad likes both flavors of this trail mix, too. One of these days I’ll try using them in a recipe if only we’d stop eating it all before I get around to it. Yeah, this stuff is popular at our house.

I hope my review of Enjoy Life’s nut-free trail mix helped you decide if it’s right for you. You can buy it here.

Is this something you’ll try? Have you gotten it before? I’d love to hear what you think in the comments.
