The Best Baking Flour for Diabetics and Allergies

In addition to family members with allergies, we also have to cook and bake for people with diabetes. This is a special challenge, since most of the low glycemic recipes I’ve come across use almond flour. But take heart, Allergy SuperParents. There is a baking flour for diabetics that’s also allergy free and it’s made from sunflower seeds.

I’m reviewing Gerbs sunflower seed meal today. But if you can’t get their brand in your country, don’t worry. Other companies have started offering sunflower seed meal and it works similarly.
